The breakfast had MANY choices. I really enjoyed the different foods on offer, a VERY good mix of western and Asian cuisine! The staff were so helpful and I found them to be very quick to respond to requests.
The gym equipment seemed a little OLD though everything worked.

untrained agent mismanaged queue
check in at the front desk consumed too much time the agent was not fully trained. i also noticed a poorly managed queue. locals cut in line to get new keys. finding my way to the fitness center was very confusing. it was not a GREAT start.

location allowed easy access to people's square and the metro. room had many positive aspects, including space and layout. the bed were comfortable, offering good sleep after a long day.
the bar was unattractive and looked more like a neglected corner than a place you want to enjoy.

The location provides convenient access to public transport and shopping on Nanjing Road. The staff assisted me with some unusual requests. Jackie at reception was especially helpful! The hotel is connected to a shopping center, which includes various restaurants and take-away options.
