The breakfast had MANY choices. I really enjoyed the different foods on offer, a VERY good mix of western and Asian cuisine! The staff were so helpful and I found them to be very quick to respond to requests.
The gym equipment seemed a little OLD though everything worked.

untrained agentmismanaged queue
check in at the front desk consumed too much time the agent was not fully trained. i also noticed a poorly managed queue. locals cut in line to get new keys. finding my way to the fitness center was very confusing. it was not a GREAT start.
